B1 app for iPhone and iPad

Thanks for downloading the B1 App. This App has been designed to help Birmingham’s young people connect with appropriate jobs, courses and Apprenticeship opportunities.
The B1 App can be used to search for opportunities on specific criteria such as location and job type, while individual profiles can be created so jobseekers can showcase their skills directly to employers.

Training Providers will also post details of their opportunities, so everything will be at your fingertips.

Other beneficial features of the B1 App include notifications offering users up-to-the-minute information when a new vacancy is posted, interview reminders, a ‘what’s on’ guide, mapping routes to work and much more.

Birmingham City Council and its partners have also launched the ‘Birmingham Youth Promise’, which promises all 14 to 24 year old (and some 25 year old) residents of the city access to employment, education, training, an Apprenticeship or the experience of work within four months of leaving a job, education or training.
